At Integrakare, delivering elite concierge cellular medicine requires flawless synchronisation between clinical experts, administrative excellence and reliable digital systems. Mahmoud Tawfik serves as Administrative Manager and Digital Operations Lead, overseeing the operational framework that lets physicians and specialists focus entirely on patient wellness.
He graduated in 2022 from Qena University, Faculty of Commerce, English Section, building a rigorous foundation in business administration, financial documentation and operational strategy. His background spans regional GCC business environments, where he managed HR workflows, learning & development coordination, talent onboarding and cross-functional documentation — the discipline he now brings to managing complex medical administrative workflows.
Mahmoud is also the practice's technology lead. He personally architected and developed the Integrakare website on WordPress, ensuring every digital touchpoint reflects the brand's concierge standard while staying technically reliable, secure and easy to find. He holds the Google Data Analytics Certificate (2022) and a Udacity Nanodegree in Advanced Digital Marketing (2021), and is currently deepening his technical range through an AI Engineering track with 365 Data Science — applying automation and structured data analysis to eliminate administrative bottlenecks.
He speaks Arabic as his mother tongue, along with English and French.
